Wayne joined Wates in December 2024 as the Managing Director for our Construction West region.
He previously spent 19 years at ISG, working across the Midlands, North and Scotland, with the last eight years in a range of director-level roles. During this time, he led major projects in both the public and private sectors. Wayne brings extensive experience in public sector frameworks, including DfE, MoJ, CCS, Pagabo, CWM, NWCH and PPF, with particular expertise in Schools, Universities, Justice, Blue Light, Leisure and Workplace sectors. Earlier in his career, Wayne worked in London delivering a variety of construction management new build and refurbishment schemes across the city.
