Scott has over 21 years’ experience in the construction industry, both during the pre-construction and construction stages.
He has worked across a diverse range of sectors including residential and healthcare. He is now accountable for the successful delivery of pre-construction service agreements in collaboration with our customers across the public sector including the Department for Education, Ministry of Justice and national public sector frameworks.
Managing Wates Construction’s public sector pre-construction team, Scott ensures that every project is delivered on time and to budget, as well as a seamless handover to our site delivery teams. He promotes continuous improvement in performance, driving efficiencies and ensuring consistency across all aspects of pre-construction.
