New thriving spaces at the heart of London’s retail sector
Sustainability and innovation are at the core of the project. We’re targeting BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum ratings, reusing materials from other sites, and using low-carbon concrete. We’re also incorporating advanced logistics, offsite manufacturing, and building information modelling (BIM) to keep the project moving smoothly in the busy heart of London.
With completion on track for later this year, The Ribbon is set to become a landmark that reflects Oxford Street’s rich past while meeting the demands of tomorrow’s city.
