Wates Construction has secured a contract to upgrade the Palace of Westminsters Life Safety Systems, bringing our London-based heritage contracts to a combined value of £145m.

HRH The Princess Royal visited the Leatherhead headquarters to present the Wates Group with The Queens Award for Enterprise, Sustainable Development.

Wates Construction is advancing building work on the major refurbishment programme at the House of Lords Millbank House in Westminster, bringing the contractors London-based heritage contracts to a combined value of £145m.

Wates has been awarded the contract to build the Victoria and Albert Museums (V&As) Exhibition Road Project, designed by architects AL_A.
