Wates Living Space has been awarded two responsive repairs and minor improvement contracts by Family Mosaic, cumulatively valued at £13.2m.
The two contracts will run for four years and will see Wates Living Space deliver maintenance services across 3,213 properties in Islington and 4,667 properties in Hackney.
Services will comprise responsive repairs, including plumbing, drainage and emergency out-of-hours services, and minor improvement works, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, electrical installations and external renovation works.
With the team mobilised, Wates Living Space is now focused on service delivery for Family Mosaic and their tenants. Throughout the contracts the business will also implement a series of community investment programmes to ensure that Wates’ presence in the community brings training and employment opportunities for local people.
