Wates Living Space Maintenance has been awarded a c. £24m contract to deliver a programme of responsive repairs and voids maintenance on behalf of Network Homes.
The contract, which will run for five years with an optional five-year extension, will see Wates Living Space Maintenance provide an innovative 24/7, 365-days-a-year service for approximately 13,900 homes across 18 London Boroughs and their surrounding counties.
Adding to Wates Living Space Maintenance’s extensive presence in London, the work will be delivered across housing stock within the London Boroughs of Brent, Westminster, Harrow and Barnet.
The Wates Living Space Maintenance team will be co-located within Network Homes’ offices, ensuring a wholly collaborative and open book responsive repairs and voids service.
Throughout the lifetime of the contract, Wates has also made a pledge to utilise its presence across London to positively benefit the communities in which it works. This commitment will include opportunities for training and employment, bolstered by the appointment of local supply chain partners.
