We set the urinals cisterns to flush just 4 x per day, compared to unmanaged systems that can flush on average around 96 times per day (often much more).
The Ureco is hugely overengineered as a product, containing 35 billion bio-enzyme within the Ureco cap. These enzymes colonise the immediate pipework eating away at uric salts, fats oils and greases; not allowing the residue to harden or crystalize keeping the pipework clear and free flowing. The patented hydraulic odour lock system traps any odours within the immediate pipework meaning that they can in no way enter the surrounding washroom environment.
On installation/survey, we collate empirical data which allows us to determine the current cost and volume in terms of water usage, water cost and CO2 usage that the site uses within it’s urinal provision. This allows us to produce water saving reports for the site in order to give a clear understanding of the commercial and environment water savings appreciated.
