The high-profile development project will deliver a new seven-story mixed-use building with two basement levels, comprising of approximately 111,000 sq. ft of commercial office space completed to a CAT A finish, 30,000 sq. ft of retail space and seven new residential units.
Literally built around nature, with a full-sized tree in the central atrium, sustainability is at the core of Lucent’s design, construction and day-to-day operation. The development is set to be awarded a BREEAM commercial space rating of ‘excellent’ and is aiming for Gold WELL accreditation. The building has embraced the latest thinking on how light and natural elements can support workers’ wellbeing and productivity; Light-flooded floors will be flanked with twenty green terraces and will house over 600 plants
