Leeds City College’s vision was the construction of a brand new, state of the art facility, located in central Leeds. The purpose of this project was to assist Leeds City College in reinforcing its prestigious position as the leading authority in further education within the Leeds district. Not only this, but the Quarry Hill development would allow Leeds City Council to continue to invest in its students, offering the highest standards of learning in preparation for the outside world, delivering a stable foundation of which to build a successful and prosperous career upon.

Wates Construction was appointed to deliver this project, which was procured under YORBuild2 in January 2017.
