3 Glass Wharf

Construction of a 7 storey commercial office block (8 with roof plant area) in the centre of Bristol, adjacent to Temple Meads train station, overlooking Bristol city centre’s floating harbour within the Temple Quarter Enterprise zone.

Project overview

Concrete frame with basement construction included, a small percentage of the basement double depth. Façade constructed with glass curtain walling including balconies at each of the office floors. The shimmering glass façade reflects the sites previous use as a glassworks. The floor to ceiling glazing and frameless glass balustrades maximise the panoramic views, with balconies providing solar shading.
