Delivered snag and defect-free over multiple phases including complex phased external works as part of the DfEs Priority School Building Programme (PSBP) Midlands 1 batch. The new building brings together two existing schools into a single co-located facility.

  • Ernesford Grange Community Academy – A three storey, 3FE secondary school and 6th form with a roll of 1,035 pupils.
  • Riverbank Academy – A 160 place single-storey SEN secondary school, covering a broad spectrum of learning difficulties.

Working with Ares Landscape Architects on the extensive phased landscaping, improvements were made to an existing pond to disperse water from site. This included the innovative use of a historic moat as part of a SUDs solution.

"In all my time being involved with education projects this is by far the best and a first for early completion and unprecedented regarding zero defects and snags.
