Miles Wates is a Site Manager at Wates Group and a member of the Wates family, bringing a blend of hands-on construction experience and a strong understanding of the company’s heritage and values.
Having joined Wates through the Production Management Trainee programme, he progressed to Section Manager before taking on his current site leadership role, building experience across a range of major projects in London. Miles studied Geography at the University of Edinburgh and later completed an HNC in Construction Management. His career reflects Wates’ long-standing commitment to developing future leaders through practical experience, collaboration and a focus on delivering quality outcomes for customers and communities.
