Dan Hornsby is a highly experienced Divisional Commercial Manager with nearly two decades of expertise in the construction industry, having begun his career in 2007.

Based in London, Dan specialises in commercial management across a diverse range of sectors including commercial offices, residential developments, education, hospitality, airport terminals, and distribution centres.

Dan combines strong academic foundations with extensive practical experience. His career has been built on delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions, particularly within complex, high-end Cat B fit-out projects.

He works closely with clients and project teams to ensure a smooth, transparent delivery process, consistently focusing on cost control, early and accurate reporting, and minimising risk. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle – from procurement strategy and tender analysis through to financial reporting and final account agreement.
