Regional Managing Director, WPS

Stewart Reid leads WPS’ housing maintenance services across the Central and North region, driving expert delivery of planned, reactive energy efficiency & renewables projects.

With over 30 years experience, Stewart began his career as a Quantity Surveyor before progressing through roles in pre-construction and business leadership. He became Regional Managing Director in 2020 and now oversees strategic delivery, client partnerships and team development.

Stewart is passionate about creating social value and improving communities. Under his leadership, WPS secured a major maintenance contract for 3,000 homes in South Derbyshire and supported decarbonisation initiatives that earned industry recognition. He also champions community projects, such as funding a fruit and vegetable growing programme for schools in West Lancashire.

Stewart combines technical expertise with a commitment to collaboration and sustainability. His focus is on building strong partnerships with clients and delivering services that enhance homes and lives.
