Our Developments business is pleased to announce it has successfully completed the sale of a portion of land in Sunbury to the award-winning Riverdale Developments and partner Pyxis Land.
Planning Consent was granted at Appeal for the site, and a care-led scheme, at the end of 2024. Permission was granted for the scheme on the basis of “very special circumstances”: the urgent need for specialist housing for older people, on a site designated as Green Belt.
We’re delighted to have completed this sale to Riverdale Developments, who share our commitment to award-winning homes and communities.
