We’ve secured a significant new contract to deliver hard FM, planned and reactive maintenance services, and project work across a diverse portfolio on behalf of Aviva Investors, managed by JLL.

This contract spans 32 sites, including commercial offices, retail parks, industrial units, and two major shopping centres. It builds on a decade-long partnership between WPS and JLL, underpinned by shared values of quality service delivery, innovation, and resilience.

Aviva Investors, JLL and WPS have long recognised that the workplace should be more than just a place to work – it should be a destination that supports wellbeing, encourages collaboration, and the energy transition. This partnership will help bring that vision to life across the portfolio.

We believe facilities management is about more than just maintenance – it’s about creating environments where people and businesses thrive. We do that through our agile and curious-minded teams who always strive to get the best out of buildings – from enhancing workplace wellbeing to introducing innovative technologies to reduce energy consumption.

“We’re excited to continue our journey with JLL and Aviva Investors, helping to shape spaces that support wellbeing, community, and environmental responsibility.”
