As well as investing in residential land and using our expertise to gain exceptional planning consents, a core element of Wates Developments’ business is to invest in the home building stage of the development process once planning is granted. We do this through 50:50 joint venture partnerships with some of the leading house builders in the country. This approach which combines our skills with the complementary expertise of our joint venture partners in the professional building and selling of new homes. Wates Developments brings both land and planning skills, strong financial stability, development experience to match our integrity and commitment to the sector.
