You’ll lead the finance function while partnering across the business to ensure we deliver on our financial commitments, maximise value, and unlock future opportunities.

🔍 What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the finance function for the business division, providing insight, challenge, and direction
  • Delivering robust financial control, reporting, budgeting and forecasting to support decision-making
  • Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, influencing both strategic and operational decisions
  • Driving performance through insight, analysis, and clear communication of financial data
  • Owning governance, controls, and risk management, ensuring strong financial discipline across the business
  • Leading business transformation projects to accelerate growth and improve margins
  • Supporting strategic initiatives, including M&A activity and due diligence
  • Driving the cash agenda, ensuring strong financial health and performance
  • Leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing finance team

  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles

  • Confidence to challenge, influence and support senior stakeholders
  • A passion for continuous improvement, transformation, and innovation
  • Strong leadership capability with a focus on engagement, culture and development
