🔧 Labourer – WPS
📍 Walton-on-Thames ¦ 🏠 Social Housing
WPS has an exciting opportunity for a Labourer to join our Responsive Maintenance team, working from our Walton-on-Thames office on one of our social housing contracts.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering reactive maintenance works for our residents, helping to ensure their homes are safe, well-maintained and looked after 💙.
What you’ll be doing 👷♂️👷♀️
- Carrying out a variety of repair and renewal works
- Supporting and working alongside other trades when required
- Flagging up additional trade requirements to the Supervisor in a timely manner
- Completing certain tasks independently when appropriate
- Accurately completing daily work sheets, including work undertaken and materials used 📝
- Working efficiently and productively to meet programme timescales
