📍 Location: Walton on Thames

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Groundworker to join our WPS business, based in Walton on Thames, delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across social housing properties.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with solid experience in groundworks and external property maintenance, who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Installing and relaying concrete flags
• Carrying out light brickwork and pointing
• Renewing and installing close board and panelled fencing
• Delivering responsive maintenance works across social housing sites

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Full UK Driving Licence – essential
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Groundworks or a related construction discipline
• Proven experience within domestic or residential maintenance environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
