Ready to help drive the future of sustainable homes? Join our Liberty Energy Transition team as a Site Manager, leading Solar PV, Ventilation & ASHP installation projects that make homes greener and lives better 💚🌍

⭐ What you’ll be doing

  • Oversee day‑to‑day site delivery across our renewable’s contracts 🔧⚡
  • Manage Solar PV, ASHP & ventilation installs (MCS projects)
  • Lead subcontractors, plan programmes & ensure top‑quality delivery 📅
  • Keep all H&S, RAMS, permits & quality checks up to date 🦺
  • Work closely with design teams, customers & Liberty colleagues 🤝
  • Maintain efficient methods of working & ensure all documentation is handed over correctly 📑

👀 What we’re looking for

  • Experience managing planned works & renewable/retrofit projects
  • Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid & relevant H&S qualifications
  • Great communicator, highly organised & strong on customer care ⭐
  • Able to lead teams, manage deadlines & stay solution‑focused
  • Full UK driving licence 🚘
