🏗️ Supervisor
Base: Enfield (projects across London & within the M25)
Join our Specialist Division as a Site Supervisor and play a vital role in leading our skilled trade teams across a variety of commercial projects.
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee our carpenters, plumbers, and multi‑trade operatives working on a mix of larger project sites and smaller planned works. You will provide day‑to‑day leadership on site, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of workmanship.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
• Supervising trade teams across commercial projects within the M25.
• Supporting the delivery of both long‑term project work and smaller planned works.
• Ensuring all site activities are carried out in line with health & safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinating trades, materials, and workflow to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conducting toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inspections.
• Reporting progress, issues, and resource needs to Project Managers.
• Ensuring high‑quality workmanship and resolving on‑site queries.
• Maintaining accurate site records, documentation, and daily reporting.
🎓 Requirements
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – essential.
• Valid Full UK driving licence – travel across London and around the M25 is required.
• Experience supervising multi‑trade teams on commercial building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction health & safety requirements.
• Additional certifications highly beneficial, such as:
- Asbestos Awareness
- First Aid at Work
- Manual Handling
- Other H&S qualifications
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to problem‑solve and make decisions confidently on site.
• Due to the nature of this position, an in‑depth criminal record history check will be carried out.
