Are you an experienced FM Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career with a company that values quality, safety, and people? WPS is seeking a proactive and driven A/C Qualified Supervisor (FM) to join our team, covering a portfolio of sites across Southern England.

💼 About the Role

As a Supervisor within our Facilities Management division, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across a range of public sector and commercial properties. You’ll lead a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day FM operations across multiple sites
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and in-house teams
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence
  • Support the delivery of KPIs and contractual obligations
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting via CAFM systems
  • Approver for AC Compliance paperwork from our portfolio’s

👤 About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within FM or building maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Relevant trade qualifications or FM certifications (essential) Fgas cat 1 & Level 2 or equivalent refrigerant trade qualifications
