Anna Foden has 22 years’ experience in sustainability around the built environment across construction and consultancy, spanning the USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East. She is currently the Sustainability Lead at Wates Fit Out, where she sets the strategic direction for sustainability across Wates’ commercial interiors business, ensuring environmental performance is embedded within decision-making, project delivery, and long-term business growth in line with the Wates Group sustainability targets. Her role is focused on translating ambitious corporate sustainability commitments into commercially viable, measurable outcomes that strengthen resilience, create value, and position sustainability as a key driver of competitive advantage. Anna is a BREEAM AP, LEED AP BD+C, and an Associate of the American Institute of Architects.
