Within SES Ailsa is focused on digital transformation, process improvement, futureproofing and stakeholder engagement. Ailsa works with teams to develop new digital solutions, and embed these changes effectively across the business. Her experience includes developing Digital Solutions, managing innovation and ideation programmes, developing business cases and value prediction models, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
