As part of Liberty he has previously served as Regional and Assistant Regional Director, managing high‑volume, people‑centred programmes. A Chartered Member of the CIOB with a degree from the University of Bolton, Gavin recently led Liberty to achieve third‑party certification in passive fire protection, demonstrating his commitment to compliance, safety, and service excellence.
