Scott joined Wates in 2002 as a project surveyor and has held a number of positions within the business. He was appointed Managing Director of the £145m specialist fit-out and refurbishment division in August 2020, from his previous position as Commercial Director.
Scott is responsible for the management of our specialist fit-out and refurbishment division as well as defining the strategic direction of the business. He works closely with our customers and consultant partners to understand the market needs and viable solutions for their business. He brings extensive knowledge of all forms of contract, construction techniques and procurement types.
Prior to Wates, Scott spent six years as a project manager for Plaza Interiors, a specialist shop-fitting contractor.
