Lauren is a valued member of the Central Education team, supporting strategic delivery and performance across all school projects delivered in partnership with the Department for Education (DfE). Having joined the business in 2022, she has developed trusted relationships at all levels, with a delivery excellence mindset to every aspect of framework management.
As Assistant Framework Manager, Lauren is responsible for Customer Management Relationship (CRM) and Data Management across all of our schemes. Linking in with the DfE Framework Team and our regional businesses across the UK, she ensures seamless communication, collaboration and alignment with framework governance and reporting. Lauren also drives our continuous improvement programme, with a strong focus on health and safety performance and social value through Quarterly Performance Reviews.
Lauren also champions our Apprenticeship Trainee Exchange Programme. This valuable six-month programme supports trainee upskilling and promotes a more holistic understanding of construction delivery.
Lauren’s operational knowledge and collaborative approach makes her a trusted partner to both internal teams and external stakeholders across the education sector.
