Lauren is a valued member of our Central Education and supports our strategic delivery and performance across our school projects delivered in partnership with the Department for Education (DfE). Having joined the business in 2022, she has developed trusted relationships at all levels, with a delivery excellence mindset to every aspect of framework management.
As Assistant Framework Manager, Lauren is responsible for the management of our Customer Management Relationship (CRM) and Data Management of all our schemes. Linking in with DfE Framework Team and our Regional Businesses across the UK she ensures seamless communication, collaboration and alignment with framework governance and reporting. Helping us drive our continuous improvement programme with a strong focus on health and safety performance and social value through Quarterly Performance Reviews.
Lauren also champions our Apprenticeship Trainee Exchange Programme. This valuable six-month programme supporting trainee upskilling and promoting a more holistic understanding of construction delivery.
Lauren’s operational knowledge, and collaborative approach makes her a trusted partner to both internal teams and external stakeholders across the education sector.
