Notable experience:
Over three consecutive Teesside University schemes – BIOS, Digital Life and Cornell Quarter – Dave provided executive leadership across projects that required close integration with academic, estates and digital stakeholders. Each scheme involved the management of technically complex facilities within a live, high‑footfall campus environment. Throughout, he fostered a collaborative culture that consistently drove performance, innovation and estate transformation for Higher Education partners.
