We’ve reached a major milestone in Wembley, where construction at Cecil Avenue has now topped out at nine storeys.

Together with Brent Council, we’re celebrating the progress of our Wembley Housing Zone development, which is set to bring lasting benefits to the local community.

Located at the junction of Wembley High Road and Cecil Avenue, the scheme will deliver 237 new homes. That includes 87 affordable homes and a mix of properties for private sale under the name The Pages. But it’s not just about homes – we’re also creating a publicly accessible garden and play area, commercial spaces to support local businesses and around 100 new job opportunities. A new community hall will give residents a welcoming space for events, activities and social gatherings.

This milestone at Cecil Avenue follows ongoing progress at Zephaniah House (formerly Ujima House), where construction has now risen above ground level and the project is making steady headway. Once complete, Zephaniah House will provide 54 affordable homes, alongside a new workspace and café.

Both projects are due to complete by the end of 2026.
