Our WPS business expands partnership with Ealing Council
Home News We have expanded our housing maintenance partnership with Ealing Council

Our WPS business – the property services arm of our organisation – has expanded its housing maintenance partnership with Ealing Council to include a new investment programme to improve thousands of homes.

The new planned maintenance contract, worth more than £66 million over a ten-year period, will see our WPS team deliver kitchen and bathroom replacements, wet room installations and aids and adaptations to nearly 11,500 homes across the borough.

The contract builds on the partnership between Ealing and WPS following the initial £4.5m annual responsive maintenance contract, which began in 2023.

We’re delighted to expand our partnership with Ealing following solid delivery of the repairs and maintenance contract. This sees an average of 1,800 repairs completed each month and has so far generated more than £4 million in total social value for the area – through spend with local businesses and investment in educational activities and supporting the employability of young people.

“The additional programme means we can play a bigger role in supporting Ealing’s crucial housing strategy; by using the repairs data we already have to inform planned maintenance programmes. This will ultimately drive up the quality of social homes across the borough while supporting the council to most efficiently manage their housing stock sustainably for the future.”
