Wates has been appointed to the four-year Constructing West Midlands Framework (CWM2), managed by Acivico, under Lot 2, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) and maintenance services.

This new appointment is the latest successful contract win for Wates FM and showcases the company’s capabilities in offering services to public sector organisations while strengthening the Group’s long-standing partnerships with clients across Birmingham.

The framework, which is valued at approximately £3m per year, will provide public sector clients across the West Midlands with access to specialist support for property repairs and maintenance works through an efficient procurement process.

The appointment to this framework is testimony to the strength of our teams, our capability to deliver quality projects across both the public and private sectors and our flexibility to respond efficiently and effectively to project works requirements.

We will take a joint approach with our repairs and maintenance business, Wates Living Space, in order to draw upon a local supply chain, maximise our investment in the community and maintain our commitment to the city’s social enterprises.”
