Leading contractor, Wates Construction has been awarded the contract to build the next two buildings at MEPC’s Wellington Place, further extending its presence at Leeds’ new urban quarter.

Wates Construction has been confirmed as the main contractor for the new Leeds City College Quarry Hill campus, as work begins on the £57m project in the heart of the citys cultural quarter.

6 Wellington Place, Leeds’ newest Grade A office development, has been named Commercial Property of the Year at the Yorkshire and Humber Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Awards 2016.
