We’ve completed the fit-out of Marks & Spencer’s (M&S) store in Bishopbriggs, a transformation that brings our total 2023 portfolio to 76,500 sq ft of completed projects on behalf of M&S.

Wates has completed a £6.6m Jobcentre refurbishment roll out on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).  

Wates has successfully handed over ‘Queen Elizabeth House’ the new flagship UK Government hub in Edinburgh, to HMRC following a £23m CAT B fit-out project.
