At Trinity Road in Halifax, we have transformed a Grade II listed building for Lloyds Banking Group into a future-ready office that brings together colleagues from three separate sites under one roof. The project consolidates Trinity Road, Collinsons and Copley into a single, reimagined workplace, delivering smarter use of space and a better experience for Lloyds colleagues.
The extensive refurbishment included a full Cat A and Cat B fit out aligned to Lloyds’ latest design guide, with full replacement of more efficient mechanical and electrical systems, new wellness facilities, and improved accessibility. Sustainability was at the heart of the transformation, with initiatives aligned to Lloyds’ Net Carbon aspirations. From new skylights to the removal of outdated RAAC roof panels, every detail has been considered to create a brighter, more connected environment to enable colleagues to thrive – supporting their goal: create a modern, welcoming space while celebrating the building’s 1970s heritage.
