Leading UK university selects Wates for planned and reactive maintenance contract
Wates has been successfully reappointed by the London School of Economics to continue their successful planned and responsive maintenance partnership for a further four years.
Since August 2017, Wates has provided a range of maintenance services across the University’s 30 campus buildings, seven halls of residence across the city as well as a 9.5-hectare sports complex in New Malden, Surrey.
The new contract, which includes an option for an additional two years will see two new colleagues added to the successful onsite delivery team including a dedicated supervisor and another static engineer.
We are extremely proud of our accomplishments with the London School of Economics and we look forward to continuing to provide an excellent service which helps the university in their mission to support a caring and supportive learning environment.
