DIREK is helping organisations uncover energy and carbon savings hidden between existing building systems through D-XPERT, a decision layer that sits above the systems they already own. D-XPERT brings BMS, metering, occupancy and maintenance data together, adding DIREK sensing only where data is missing, to identify and rank actions by energy, cost and carbon impact. It can expose opportunities such as plant running to outdated schedules, conditioning unoccupied rooms, or consumption that appears normal until viewed against occupancy. Across more than 200,000 m² of deployments, customers have achieved average energy savings of 30%.
