Jenny Martin joins as Preconstruction Director for Construction West
We’re thrilled to announce that Jenny Martin has joined Wates Construction as Preconstruction Director for the West, reinforcing our commitment to strong regional leadership and delivering high-quality developments.
Jenny brings over 25 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in business development, bid strategy, and commercial management. Her career began as an estimator, and she holds a degree in quantity surveying and a diploma in construction law.
This appointment marks a return to Wates for Jenny, who previously worked with us earlier in her career. Most recently, she led the work-winning team at Morgan Sindall for four years.
Jenny is also Vice-Chair of Constructing Excellence Liverpool and was named one of the National Federation of Builders’ Top 100 Women in Construction in 2023.
