Paul Nicholls brings over 30 years of experience in the construction and development sector and currently serves in a senior leadership role at Wates Residential.

From 2015 to 2021, Paul was Managing Director of Wates Residential, helping to shape its early growth. Before he joined Wates, he advised major developers on large-scale regeneration schemes across London, bringing deep expertise in complex project delivery and strategic development.

In his current role, Paul focuses on driving operational excellence and supporting strategic delivery across the residential portfolio in London.
