Scott began his career at Wates, where he established a strong foundation that has enabled him to thrive as a business leader and Commercial Director at the board level.

Over the years, he has managed a diverse portfolio across multiple sectors and regions in engineering and fit-out. He has led a global portfolio generating approximately £600m in annual revenue across five business units.

After successfully leading a fit-out business in the Middle East as General Manager, Scott has accumulated over 25 years of experience in construction. This extensive background has fuelled his passion for exceeding both customer and team expectations. He has overseen numerous fit-out projects across a variety of locations, including London, the EU, the Middle East, and Central Europe.

Scott has been at the helm of some of the largest and most complex projects worldwide. He places a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, supply chain management, and cultivating relationships with people and customers. With a deep understanding of balancing vision with budget constraints, change management, procurement, and agile problem-solving, Scott is dedicated to delivering optimal results. His strong ties with the supply chain ensure the highest standards of value, time, and quality in every project.
