Jason is responsible for meeting with the client to understand their requirements. From this he develops a construction strategy that addresses their key drivers, using this as a means by which to measure the team’s performance.

Furthermore, Jason monitors project risk and implements mitigation strategies. He does this by supporting the construction delivery team throughout the project, taking time to inform and engage with them on a regular basis. Additionally, Jason supports the construction delivery team in programme development, following processes and procedures to mitigate risk. He also continually audits our sites for compliance against our own KPI’s to ensure that we are upholding our commitments
