Our WPS business secures a Hard FM contract with West Midlands Police
We’ve secured the Hard FM contract with West Midlands Police, renewing our partnership for a further two years and continuing a strong relationship that has thrived for the past five years.
Under this new contract, our team will provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responsive repairs across mechanical, electrical, water, and fabric services, as well as deliver specialist project work at the West Midlands Police Headquarters at Lloyd House in Birmingham.
The contract, which runs for two years with the option to extend for another three, builds on our significant growth in the blue light sector in recent years, where we already work with other emergency services such as Hampshire Fire and Rescue and the Police Crime Commissioner.
This renewal builds on our successful relationship and reinforces our role as the go-to provider for hard facilities management services for the police, ensuring vital services continue to run uninterrupted.
