Our dedication to supporting our people
Over 19,000 organisations have signed up for the Disability Confident Scheme across the UK. We are now among the 4% (690 businesses) accredited as Disability Confident Leaders, recognised for leading the way in inclusive practices and independently assessed to the highest standards.
Achieving Disability Confident Leader status shows that we are putting our people promise into action by creating opportunities and relationships so that everyone who works for and with us feels included, invested in, and treated with care.
Being accredited at the highest level demonstrates that we are serious about recruiting, retaining, and developing disabled people and those with long-term health conditions — and about removing barriers to opportunity wherever they exist.
