Our partnership with JLL is a strong demonstration of aligned values, technical capability, and shared sustainability goals.
Originally focused on hard FM services for 80+ buildings in the north from 2015, the contract has evolved over the past decade into a Next Generation Maintenance model spanning 180+ buildings, driving decarbonisation, energy efficiency and occupant wellbeing.
A collaborative approach saw the two firms jointly receive a silver International Green Apple Environmental Award in 2021, commending their environmental partnership to pilot an Energy Management System to aid intelligent building management and reduce carbon emissions. Since then the partnership has earned in excess of 40 Green Apple Awards for environmental initiatives to bring further carbon reductions across the portfolio.
