Wates to deliver energy efficient homes for Manchester’s This City project
Wates has been appointed to deliver Rodney Street, the first development for This City, a 128-apartment scheme in Ancoats, owned by Manchester City Council.
Using the latest technology and construction materials, Wates Construction will work closely with its Technical Excellence Centre to create energy-efficient properties that ensure lower energy costs for residents and contribute to Manchester’s 2038 zero carbon ambitions.
