Wates Construction Major Projects are looking for a Regional Social Value Manager to join our MOJ team focussing on high profile, technically complex projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Regional Social Value Manager (RSVM) sits as a key member of the regional leadership team and has responsibility for the successful implementation of the Social Value strategy which they will have designed in conjunction with Group/Business Unit Social Value leadership.

As our Regional Social Value Manager you will:

  • Work closely with Group/BU Social Value leadership to strategically develop and then ensure the successful delivery of Social Value strategy at a regional level.
  • Regional leader for Social Value, guiding project teams and providing day to day supervision of the regional SV team ensuring the right capability and capacity of resource and motivated teams who are developed and given opportunity to progress.
  • Accountable for providing accurate client/framework reports, board and QPR data, within agreed timescales and resolving any issues.
  • Negotiate and manage the regional Social Value budget and finances including financial planning.
