We’re looking for an experienced and confident Contract Manager to lead our Day-to-Day Repairs service across North London. You’ll manage a large, diverse workforce — including supervisors, operatives, administrators and supply chain — ensuring repairs are completed safely, on time and to quality standards.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Lead the DTD Repairs service, delivering ~£5m revenue
- Manage a large multi-trade workforce and supply chain partners
- Ensure KPIs, SLAs, quality and H&S standards are met
- Use Schedule of Rates (SOR) confidently for pricing and commercial control
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Drive performance, productivity and customer satisfaction

- Strong background in repairs/maintenance/social housing
- Solid commercial understanding and SOR knowledge
- Clear communication and strong leadership skills
- Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and deliver results
