The Vacancy

WPS Responsive Maintenance is looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our office-based team in Milton Keynes on a 6‑month fixed term contract. This is a key role supporting our responsive maintenance operations, ensuring work is planned, scheduled and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling jobs for engineers and operatives
• Coordinating resources to ensure appointments are met
• Liaising with internal teams, engineers and clients
• Managing and updating scheduling systems accurately
• Handling changes and priorities in a fast-paced environment

About You:

• Previous experience in planning, scheduling or logistics (essential)
• A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• Comfortable working in a busy, office-based environment
