The Vacancy
WPS Responsive Maintenance is looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our office-based team in Milton Keynes on a 6‑month fixed term contract. This is a key role supporting our responsive maintenance operations, ensuring work is planned, scheduled and delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling jobs for engineers and operatives
- Coordinating resources to ensure appointments are met
- Liaising with internal teams, engineers and clients
- Managing and updating scheduling systems accurately
- Handling changes and priorities in a fast-paced environment
About You:
- Previous experience in planning, scheduling or logistics (essential)
- A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Comfortable working in a busy, office-based environment
