We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong technical background in building services, property maintenance, or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical).
- Experience managing mobile engineering teams within FM, maintenance, housing, or property services.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- A solid understanding of compliance, statutory regulations, and H&S requirements.
- The ability to work flexibly, travel across the Midlands region, and manage competing priorities.
Qualifications preferred:
- Recognised technical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC/HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering).
- IOSH/NEBOSH qualification (advantageous but not essential).
What We Offer
- Competitive salary + car allowance
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Opportunities for progression and professional development
- A supportive team environment within a well-established national business
- The chance to shape and improve technical service delivery across a key region
