WPS is looking for a Site Manager to join our Planned Works team in North London. You’ll help deliver high‑quality social housing projects-ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, to the highest standards, and aligned with our commitment to sustainability and net zero outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage works and schedules
  • Oversee operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure quality control and health & safety compliance
  • Attend inspections and produce progress reports
  • Lead the delivery of energy‑efficient and net zero retrofit works, including insulation, low‑carbon technologies, and fabric‑first improvements
  • Ensure sustainability standards and environmental targets are met across all project stages

What We’re Looking For

  • SMSTS certification (essential)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in social housing and planned maintenance
  • Proven experience delivering net zero, decarbonisation, or retrofit projects (e.g., PAS 2035, insulation upgrades, low‑carbon heating systems)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
